Organization/Operation System:

VANEM is organized into departments, and each department has its roles and responsibilities. The chairman and vice-chairman are the organization’s representatives in front of the law, responsible for the organization’s activities. The chairman is responsible for the following:

  • Implementing tasks and exercising authority according to the Operating Rules of the Executive Board
  • Assuming overall responsibility for VANEM before competent authorities
  • Directing and administering all activities of VANEM following the Constitution, decisions of the General Assembly, and the Executive Board’s resolutions

The vice-chairman helps the chairman to direct and administer the organization’s work as assigned by the chairman. They are accountable to the chairman and the law for the tasks and authority delegated by the chairman.

Regarding resource management, VANEM’s finances include membership fees, annual dues, funds raised from activities, donations from individuals and organizations both domestically and internationally, and support from the state if it is given. The expenses include operation costs, office space rental, equipment purchase, and payments to employees according to the Executive Board’s regulations. The organization ensures transparency in its financial management by adhering to the law’s provisions.

VANEM manages its resources through the following measures:

  • Implementing regulations and policies related to the use of resources
