Different membership types of VANEM include:
- VANEM members consist of official members and honorary members:
- Official members:
– Vietnamese citizens who work in the field of neurology, and electromyography, meet the standards set out in Article 2 of the Regulations, agree to the Association’s Charter, voluntarily join the Association, and can become official members of the Association.
– Vietnamese citizens who work outside neurology and electromyography but have interests in these fields.
- Honorary members: Vietnamese and foreign citizens who work in neurology and electromyography but do not have the opportunity to participate in the Association’s activities regularly.
- Criteria for official membership: Those who wish to become members of VANEM must submit a volunteer application to join the Association.
2.1. VANEM members must have graduated from a university in medicine, pharmacy (doctor, pharmacist), medical college (technician, nurse), or have a bachelor’s degree in fields such as linguistics, psychology, biomedical physics, etc.
2.2. Members must comply with the organization’s principles and rules of operation.
2.3. Members must pay annual membership fees and participate in the Association’s professional activities.
